Before implementing any water efficiency measures
it is important to first establish how much water is
being used. In most cases this is easily done by checking
previous water company invoices and site meter readings
(if you have metered water) and then identify areas
where possible savings can be made.
Questions you may want to address
1) Is your water consumption in line with manufacturers
specifications for the equipment you are using?
2) Is equipment operating needlessly?
